  • Inclusions and exclusions - Fixtures and chattels, with attention to anything that should be added or removed.
  • Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement - For residential contracts entered into on or after 1 August 2025, we review the disclosure documentation alongside the contract, along with the prescribed certificates.
